Terms of Use

Nose Boss is an app that keeps your vet's prescriptions, builds a schedule from them and reminds you of medicines, feedings, follow-up visits and vaccinations. It is provided by FOP Khatsynskyi Rostyslav Olehovych (sole proprietor), Ukraine ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who may use the app
People aged 16 and over. One account is for one person; you are responsible for access to the email and phone you sign in from.
Not veterinary care
Nose Boss does not diagnose, prescribe medicines or change doses. Text recognised from a document may contain errors: check it against the original before saving and, if in doubt, with your vet. The schedule is built from what you confirmed. If your pet gets worse, contact a vet immediately.
Beta version
The app is in beta and is provided free of charge, "as is". Bugs, interruptions and changes to features are possible. Reminders depend on phone settings (battery saving, permissions), so do not rely on them alone when a missed dose is dangerous.
Your data and documents
Upload only documents of your own pets or ones you have permission to upload. Documents and records remain yours: we store and process them only to run the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time in your profile.
What is not allowed
Interfering with the service or circumventing its limits, trying to access other people's data, uploading malicious files or other people's content without permission, or using the app for unlawful purposes. To keep the service working for everyone, limits apply — in particular on the number of documents per day. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, warning you by email where possible.
Rights to the app
The app, its name, design and code belong to us. You receive a free, non-exclusive right to use it to care for your pets.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for treatment decisions made on the basis of the app's data, for missed reminders or data loss caused by failures, or for indirect damages. We keep backups and fix bugs as quickly as we can. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. If we decide to shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
Changes and governing law
The app will notify you of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the court determined by law.
