Delete your account

You can delete your Nose Boss account at any time together with all its data: pets, records, schedules and original documents.

In the app

Open Nose Boss and sign in.
Go to the «Профіль» (Profile) tab.
Tap «Видалити акаунт» (Delete account) and confirm.

Before that you can keep a copy: Profile → «Вивантажити мої дані» (Export my data) — a ZIP archive with all records and documents. The app is in Ukrainian for now.

Without the app

Email noseboss.app@gmail.com from the address you sign in to Nose Boss with, subject "Delete account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted and when

Your account, pets, records, schedules, documents and their originals — 7 days after the request. During that time you can cancel by signing in again.
Data may remain in database backups for up to 14 more days, after which the backups are destroyed.
De-identified usage statistics not linked to your records are kept for up to 1 year; crash reports for up to 90 days.
